Vermanl said elimination of anti-Iran sanctions against Iran's oil industry, banking and insurance section is considered as a main condition for making investment in the Islamic Republic.
He added PLUSPETROL is keen of expanding cooperation with Iran in oil, gas and making investment in upstream and downstream industries.
